At Schaeffer's Garment Hotel, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom hardware and garment tags are protected and intact.

• 3.
  Ship to the Hotel

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our Los Angeles studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our tailors inspect the garment for quality, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
